My Ghost Town Landscape Curtain started as a simple DIY home-decoration idea but has grown into a more ambitious artistic project than I thought!
This curtain is a single-panel 84″ drape covered in a hand-painted monochrome Ghost Town landscape.
I originally came up with the design to contrast with a chic geometric Ikea pattern I used for another curtain, but I’m starting to get into the design of it and am thinking I may exhibit at at the Dead of Winter art-show next week in Burbank, CA.

I am currently painting the curtain and am posting live updates here as about every building or two finishes. Please leave comments below on what you think and/or what music and movies you think I should have on in the background while I work on it. Click on the image to start the progress slide-show.

[...] My Ghost Town hand-painted curtain is finally finished! At roughly 54″ x 85″ this is by far the largest (in size) solo painting I’ve done. You can look at work-in-progress photos here. [...]
I love your artwork, Naomi! I'm also amazed at how you make use of technology. Sugoi yo!
